Long time no talk

Hey! Well it's been a minute! Sorry you know that thing called life...well it's kept me busy lately! Lol but I had a great trip full of lots of family, fun and food the three Fs of life! Lol
But I  continuing this weight loss journey! I haven't exercised yet today but I will. Sometimes you just have to make the motivation appear. Don't quit. And make exercising a part of life, just like church or school you just go! Btw I need to get my share of spiritual upliftings! There's so much I know God wants me to do But I don't know where to start. Ahhh! Lol I will do that a lot sorry. But hey it's what I do! Lol
Okay so have a great weekend! School is going to be back on sooner than I thought. Thinking about doing girl scots at my school. I'm trying to step up in my leadership skills. I think that's what I'm supposed to do. Still selling wraps. It's fun but when I look at the long term I'm like man that's so far will I get there. But no worries not gonna quit. I know it's my patience. Well I'm done rambling for now gonna do a recipe of the day and inspiration! πŸ‘Š Pow!

“Watch out! Don’t do your good deeds publicly, to be admired by others, for you will lose the reward from your Father in heaven. (Matthew 6:1 NLT)
I like this scriptures because it reminds us not to brag. So many ppl including myself sometimes do things to look Good but not for the reward of our father.  Lets just do good things out of the kindness of our hearts and not look for that appreciation every time. Not to boost and make people jealous of you. When you are doing the work for God I believe your light will shine through and all that extra stuff won't matter!
Happy weekend!

tasty, beautiful, and satisfying, but not difficult. all organic/grassfed/wild ingredients assumed.

Ingredients

1 8 oz strip steak
12 medium shrimp
half a lemon, cut into 4 chunks
half a green pepper, cut into 4 chunks
2 handfuls of baby arugula
maybe a third of a fresh mango, sliced
fresh minced garlic, half a clove
half a teaspoon of raw honey
celtic sea salt to taste
2 skewers
extra virgin olive oil

Directions

make 2 skewers of: pepper--2 shrimp--lemon--2 shrimp--pepper--2 shrimp--lemon. put those and the steak (rubbed with salt) on the grill. neither of those things takes long to cook, but shrimp are very quick: 1-2 minutes each side.
put the arugula and the mango in a bowl. make dressing by smashing the minced garlic, salt, and honey with a fork and then whisking some olive oil and a little water in. you don't need a lot of dressing to coat those baby greens.
toss the salad with the dressing and rub the remainder on the grilled shrimp skewers.
slice the steak (against the grain!).
make the plate: salad on the bottom, 1 skewer and half the sliced steak for each. squeeze the grilled lemon over yours before eating.

Happy wrap weekend!

Well my day is going to be filled with wrapping people. It's actually fun...especially when they get the results they wanted! I am not going to tell you that these wraps keep off the fat and you can eat all day burgers and pizza! Lol No it will stay off if you eat better and not gain weight! So you don't have to cut out the greasy foods forever but you should minimize the intake in which you have those things!
Today i did Zumba for 59 min lol it was so fun! I like it way better than insanity and burn more calories probably because I put more into the dancing! But I burned 600 calories doing itπŸ˜ƒ!
I love this watch! So motivating I would recommend any non gym ppl to get shoot if you go to the gym get it! I love it! And don't be cheap and buy the cheap ones! They suck! How do I know!? Cause I bought one lmbo!
Well enjoy your day! I felt bad cause I didn't work out yesterday but I feel better today. So exercise and have fun!

Do something for someone today and God will bless you! Don't be selfish! Lol that's why I'm giving a free wrap away today to the first person that comments on this blog and writes on their status that they are motivated to inspire you to try this crazy wrap thing! And tag me or my page Debra Ledwell! Also you have to be a new customer.

In the same way, let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father. (Matthew 5:16 NLT)

Friday!!

Okay, so it's officially the weekend! And for most that is the hardest time because there are a lot of different events and birthdays and parties etc. I mean there's always cake, cookies, treats and FAT! AHHHHHH! Will the temptation ever stop??!! NO! That's what it is temptation. You have to stay strong!!! I mean if you want something sweet make healthier things that will satisfy that sweet tooth, so when you're out you won't be as tempted. When you make up in your mind that you want to change you can do it. Really, you know what the food taste like, you know that its good. It's not going anywhere, so just wait until you get where you want to be and then treat yourself to a weekly fat meal! I think it works, some people want to change their entire lifestyle BUT that's not for me! And if you're not spiritual I'm sorry, but you CAN'T do ANYTHING like this without GOD! Read, Pray and Exercise!!
I am doing a Wrap Party this weekend, my first official one. WOOO HOOO! I am excited but nervous at the same time. I mean I know about the company but I am still new, and I don't want to be boring. I need to pray for that selling Energetic spirit! LOL Creative and Humble and Lovable spirit!!

Have a WOnderFul Friday!!!!

But Jesus told him, “No! The Scriptures say, ‘People do not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.’” Matthew 4:4 NLT

Motivated!

Hey all! I am supper excited because I am NOT going to wait to create a blog AFTER I lose the weight but I am going to create during the process of me losing it. I am going to admit...It is hard. I have been on this roller coaster weight loss journey for years! Never been skinny, always chubby, thick, and now just FAT! Yes I said it! I can admit it, because its the truth...and its half the battle. Admitting the bad and heading towards the good. I have been a SLAVE to FOOD...most of us are. When you can't just change your diet to eat better at a drop of a dime or you constantly think about the next meal when you do...you're addicted! Food is so good, but there are ways to make it healthier.

What motivated me to finally do this? Well I found this company called It works and we sell the popular and famous SKINNY WRAPS! Yes! I love these things because you lose weight and it happens fast, AND it will stay off as long as you are not eating badly or gaining weight! So with that being said, if you are interested in that let me know! $30 for a wrap and 2 for $50! :)

So far I do Zumba in the morning 20 minutes and Insanity at night. Of course with my kids being home Zumba sometimes don't happen but I still workout somehow. I want to always workout some way some how. I am also changing my way of eating. Trying to stay within a 1300 calorie plan, but sometimes i go over WHATEVER! lol No fried food or sugar...well maybe on my cheat meal with the sugar. Look, I find that when you totally deprive yourself and then don't see results then you give up. Hey you can't gain weight from one bad meal just like you can't lose weight from one healthy meal. So don't feel badly if you have one bad meal a week! But if you're doing something different then hey that's great! Different strokes for different folks! Also I've been told that we shouldn't count calories...but if that's what is working for you do it! Just know there's a difference between the good calories and the bad!
I drink at least 6 bottles of 16 oz a day. I am wrapping once a week (only done 2 so far)..lost 4 inches will NOT show pictures until I am where I want to be. It won't be easy and it won't happen fast, but I won't give up!

I am also going to post scriptures because GOD is and will always be amazingly there for me during this journey of mines. I have created many of blogs, and I pray that this one will be the most motivating to most and Inspiring to others!

Proverbs 22:4 True humility and fear of the Lord lead to riches, honor, and long life!

:)
