Discouraged.
Some days I feel like if I eat a wrong thing I'm just a failure! It's hard...so hard to keep a positive attitude all the time. I don't want to eat healthy all the time. But I feel like I should! It's so frustrating!!! I am sad because I cheated all weekend! It was soo good!!! Lol was it worth it?? Idk. I just want each week to be a loss. My goal this week was to be in the 170s. Humph! I'm over it! I'm human!! But I need to get back on the good foot! Starting Wednesday!

Hey guys! I'm excited that I now weigh 180!! Yes!!! I'm about to enter the 170s it feels good. Once I reach 176 that will be the 30lb loss mark! My first goal was 180 it took me 3 months to lose 20lbs which is pretty healthy. Altogether I loss 26lbs.

Check it out! I find that when you surround yourself with like minded people you can accomplish great things! The diet plan that he has works for me. I hated working out, but I love my results and myself even more! :) God is good and I'm thankful that he's helped me change my mindset so that I am more motivated, determined, and inspired to keep pushing myself.

Weigh in!
Hey! I'm excited! I loss 4 lbs this week! Woohoo! Lol I'm now 181! My plan is to get in the 170s by next Friday at least be 179! Lol I'm now 6lbs away from 30lb weight loss. So my goal now is to be there in two weeks! Or less... It's hard losing weight but I'm determined to kill the fat!

Intermittent fasting
Ok so I tried everyday!!! To fast from 9-5! I'm so failing!!! Yesterday I thought I made it!!! Came home starving and the food was there! Lol I'm weak y'all! But I'm gonna keep trying! Day 1 part 10 lol

Updates!!
My journey is definitely not over! But I've come so far since I started. Sometimes I get discouraged like today when the scale doesn't move but then I look back on my week to see what I ate and of course it isn't the best things. I've been doing two cheat days instead of one. I've been snacking on the wrong this. I think I ate really salty foods and I didn't really maintainI just loss the weight I gained from the bad weekend. I'm thankful for the motivation to work out. But now I really need to focus on my eating. I've slacked a lot on writing what I eat. This week I plan on giving up the Lara bars and peanut butter until my cheat day. I am going to stick to fruit and smoothies for my snacks. Gotta make changes!!! This is so hard! But I ain't gonna stop! My cheat days are gonna change! I'm gonna try to limit my eating out to twice a month instead of every weekend. Cooking is always better than buying! It's Friday and the weekends are the hardest for me! Praying today for strength to keep eating better. I still plan on burning 1,000-1,200 calories a day! I need to prep better and pray more! Have a great day!!!
