Discouraged.

Some days I feel like if I eat a wrong thing I'm just a failure! It's hard...so hard to keep a positive attitude all the time. I don't want to eat healthy all the time. But I feel like I should! It's so frustrating!!! I am sad because I cheated all weekend! It was soo good!!! Lol was it worth it?? Idk. I just want each week to be a loss. My goal this week was to be in the 170s. Humph! I'm over it! I'm human!! But I need to get back on the good foot! Starting Wednesday!
