Weigh in day... Well this week I must say that I cheated a little every day...almost! But I continue to work out and although I didn't reach my goal of being in the 170s club I still loss 6oz. Better than I gain but honestly I wasn't pleased with myself. I allowed food to win this week!! I'm done though! I am about to change myself! So from tomorrow until may 1st I am not going to cheat...at least I'm not going to eat badly. Yesterday I at....Cookies...6 of them! Lol I'm so sad!
Then I ate on the border for lunch...chimichanga with rice and beans! I messed up...but I'm done! Just wait and see! Til next week!
