My journey is definitely not over! But I've come so far since I started. Sometimes I get discouraged like today when the scale doesn't move but then I look back on my week to see what I ate and of course it isn't the best things. I've been doing two cheat days instead of one. I've been snacking on the wrong this. I think I ate really salty foods and I didn't really maintainI just loss the weight I gained from the bad weekend. I'm thankful for the motivation to work out. But now I really need to focus on my eating. I've slacked a lot on writing what I eat. This week I plan on giving up the Lara bars and peanut butter until my cheat day. I am going to stick to fruit and smoothies for my snacks. Gotta make changes!!! This is so hard! But I ain't gonna stop! My cheat days are gonna change! I'm gonna try to limit my eating out to twice a month instead of every weekend. Cooking is always better than buying! It's Friday and the weekends are the hardest for me! Praying today for strength to keep eating better. I still plan on burning 1,000-1,200 calories a day! I need to prep better and pray more!
