1/2 cup of peanut butter (or any nut butter) and 1 cup of vanilla greek yogurt. Mix and refrigerate! Makes 5 servings and goes perfectly with medium apple for afternoon snack (Carb Metabolism meal plan)
Directions
Mix the ingredients in a mixing bowl with a rubber spatula. Does NOT have to be perfect, I prefer peanut butter swirls! Eat right away and refrigerate the rest to eat on all week.
